Hailing from the Bronx and given to the world in 12954, Tanya Roberts left school early to get married and hitch hike across the states. The marriage was subsequently dissolved by her mother in law which seems a bit harsh and Roberts moved into the modelling career.

After Brosnan decided to quit the role considering himself to be too old for the part, the search was on again with hot favourites being Henry Cavall and Sam Worthington but the weather-beaten Daniel Craig made his debut as the toughest and most down to earth Bond ever seen.

Die Another Day was in many ways the final Bond film in the original continuing story of 007. The last outing for Brosnan who decided to hang up the Walther PPK, it’s sequel would controversially “reboot” the franchise, starting from a time before Bond earned his 007 status.

The first Bond movie to be made without Cubby Broccoli at the helm, as he had died not long after finishing “Goldeneye”, “Tomorrow Never Dies” saw Brosnan’s Bond pitted against Elliot Carver, a media baron and megalomaniac who wants to pit the UK and China against each other to remove the current political system in china which is blocking his media empire from entering the country.
